He Town Hall of Xàbia will bring to the next plenary session a proposal for credit modification for a total of 1,760,000 euros. It includes a game of 400,000 euros to be able to buy housing and allocate it to social uses, taking advantage of the right to first refusal and retraction that the Consistory assumed a few months ago; that is to say, the preferred or priority option when acquiring homes related to mortgage defaults, dation in payment and homes put up for sale by banks, in judicial auctions or to investors in large real estate transactions.
In this economic operation, 600,000 euros are also reserved for the adaptation of the new plot, which is provisionally being used as a green waste transfer area. A municipal land that will be improved in terms of access and security means to make it the definitive point of green management.
Other items reflected are 20,000 euros for the purchase of a drone to improve the means of the Police in the event of search or surveillance operations, another 11,700 euros to acquire stations for Civil Protection or 50,000 euros for the drafting of park improvement projects childish.
Also 96,000 euros to purchase a multifunction vehicle for the services brigade and public roads and 140,000 for the repair of ornamental fountains, among others.
