Parties
The month of July is marked in our municipality by the celebration of the parties employers of Moraira in honor of the Virgen de los Desamparados and the Virgen del Carmen. Some parties organized by the Party Commission 2022, in collaboration with the Teulada Town Hall, which will take place from July 8 to 24.
The Councilor for Fiestas, Rosana Caselles, has encouraged both residents and visitors to enjoy the festivity and participate in all events and organized activities (PROG_ENGLISH). In addition, he thanked the festive people for their work: “Thanks to the effort and work during these two difficult years, the festival committee has managed to carry out such a complete program. Thank you for making it possible".

7:00 p.m. Exhibition of the tomatoes participating in the XIII Tomato Cultivation Contest and exhibition of the drawings participating in the VI Drawing Contest of the Poster of the XIII Tomato Cultivation Contest.

7:30 p.m. Collection of festeras accompanied by the El Truc brass band. As our tradition says, you are all invited to participate with the typical costume of Moraira.
8:30 pm Solemn procession in honor of the Virgen del Carmen by land and sea, accompanied by the Teulada Cultural Musical Group, the Colla el Falçó and the El Truc brass band. Upon arrival at the church, the Salve Marinera will be sung and the festive men and women of Moraira 2023 will be named.
