Moraira shows off a new wall and viewpoint on the beach of l'Ampolla

The wall collapsed during the Gloria storm and has now been repaired, turning it also into a landscaped and improved space

This morning the visit to the finished works of the wall of the Ampolla beach in Moraira. The meeting was attended by the Councilor for General Services, José Antonio Bisquert; the Councilor for Beaches, Luis Caballero; the mayor and councilor for Infrastructures, Raúl Llobell; and the person in charge of the local company that was awarded the contract, Joana Vives.

The mayor of Teulada Moraira, Raúl Llobell, has indicated that “as promised, the wall is rebuilt and ready to be enjoyed from the summer season. Both residents and tourists can now visit the l'Ampolla viewpoint, a landscaped, repaired and improved space”.

It should be noted that these works have involved an investment of €130,228.89 (VAT included) for the council, with the maximum 5-year guarantee offered by the local company that was awarded the contract.
