Teulada Moraira opens two new tennis courts

The objective of the City Council is to centralize the facilities in a sports city, in this case located in Teulada

He Teulada Town Hall completes the construction works of the two new Tennis courts in Teulada. The purpose of the project has been to provide the current sports area located on Valencia street with the installation of two multilayer resin tennis courts. These will be open to the public starting next Monday, July 18.

The opening hours are from Monday to Thursday, from 09:00 to 15:00 and from 16:00 to 22:00; Friday from 4:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.; and Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. and from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. Users can make their reservations through the Web.

The budget allocated to these plays, subsidized by the Provincial Council of Alicante, is a total of €157,996.97 VAT included. The Councilor for Sports, Luis Caballero, has indicated that this new project "has been a necessity for the municipality, since it is going to use a sports space for an activity as demanded as tennis."

For his part, Raúl Llobell, mayor of Teulada Moraira, wanted to add that “this is one of the many projects underway to improve Teulada Moraira, investment in the quality of public services being a priority on the political agenda. We also fulfilled one of our objectives: to centralize the facilities in one sport City, so that we can go to a single space to carry out all kinds of activities”.
