
From the departments of Finance and Citizen Participation, delegated by Verónica Martínez and Luis Caballero, €20,000 has been allocated to help for the adaptation of facades in the old town of Teulada.
Are grants They are intended to help the beautification, recovery and improvement of the facades of buildings and houses that meet the requirements and are located within the area called "Walled Gothic Teulada”, considered Asset of Cultural Interest (BIC).
The financing of the planned subsidies will be made entirely from the current Municipal Budget, for an amount of €20,000 and with a maximum limit of €2,000 per farm.
However, if the number of applications submitted within the set period exceeds the global limit, the possibility of increasing the initial allocation of the item is established through a credit modification file, with the aim of satisfying the total demand for these aids.
Interested parties may consult the bases through the electronic office of the Teulada City Council, which will be published after their publicity in the BOP.
The Councilor for the Treasury, Verónica Martínez, has indicated that "it is one more initiative, as at the time was the €1 license, the purpose of all being to improve, preserve and protect our historic center".
"In addition, we must remember that we already have the 100% discount from the ICIO (construction, installations and works tax), which also means savings when paying the corresponding fees in the area of the historic center", he stated. Martinez.
For his part, the Councilor for Citizen Participation, Luis Caballero, added that "with this initiative, the result of suggestions and citizen participation, we respond to the demands of residents of the old town of Teulada, as well as contributing to the maintenance of our heritage."
