Ondara gives aid to companies, micro-enterprises, professionals and the self-employed

From August 12 to September 2, 2022, the period to request direct aid to the most affected sectors will be open

The Town Hall of Ondara informs that from August 12 to September 2, 2022 the period to request the help directed at the sectors hardest hit by the pandemic.

This fourth phase of direct aid is aimed at companies, micro-enterprises, professionals and the self-employed in Ondara. The purpose of this call is to offset the economic impact that COVID-19 is causing for SMEs, the self-employed and other groups subject to mutuals, which meet the requirement that the average monthly billing of the months for which the aid (which must be between July 1, 2021 and June 30, 2022), has been equal to or less than the monthly average invoiced in 2019.

These aids are financed by the Provincial Council of Alicante under the granting of a registered subsidy granted to the Ondara City Council, amounting to 53,791 euros, to offset the economic impact of COVID-19. The subsidized amount will be the result of dividing the total thereof by the number of grants awarded, without in any case exceeding the maximum limit of 4,000 euros per beneficiary entity. The 100% will be subsidized from the total subsidizable concepts justified and duly paid, excluding indirect taxes.

The Ondara City Council will expedite, through the ADL department, the rapid processing of aid and will facilitate its access to professionals, self-employed workers and micro-enterprises. Who will be able to receive the aid?

Natural or legal persons, legally constituted who, being SMEs, micropimes, self-employed and other groups subject to mutual societies, have reduced the average monthly billing for the months between July 1, 2021 and June 30, 2021, may be beneficiaries. 2022), has been equal to or less than the monthly average billed in 2019.

Among the requirements are to be registered in the corresponding Special Regime for Self-Employed Workers or Mutual Society or in the general Social Security regime and in the Treasury data publication in the BOP of the call for these aids; that it is up to date in the fulfillment of its tax obligations and with the General Treasury of the Social Security (TGSS), as well as that it has no pending debt with the Ondara City Council; that the tax domicile is in the municipality of Ondara; and have had current expenses incurred by the applicants, which have been effectively paid, which undoubtedly respond to the maintenance of their business, professional or commercial activity between July 1, 2021 and June 30, 2022.

The concepts of current expenses paid in the period between July 1, 2021 and June 30, 2022 will be eligible. The aid is assigned to cover current expenses: the self-employed quota, the monthly rent of the business premises, the consultancy and advisory expenses; expenses of electricity and gas supply contracts, of the business premises; telephone and internet service expenses necessarily related to the activity, among other expenses.
