Quique Dacosta will be chef at Alere/Dolia 2022

The Auditori Teulada Moraira will host the X+1 edition of this wine tourism and gastronomy show on September 1 and 9

The Auditori Teulada Moraira connects with the nearest territory and landscape with a new edition of this sample of wine tourism and gastronomy that bets on the local product. An edition that has been presented at the Bodega de Teulada and has been attended by the President of the Auditorium Foundation and Mayor of Teulada Moraira, Raúl llobell, the Director of the Auditori Teulada Moraira, Maite Serrat and the Manager and current President of the Teulada Winery, Joselina Vallés.

Raúl Llobell explained that in this edition the product of the muscatel as a vehicular tool to show and value the work of the land, of the producers and to highlight the figure of women in these tasks.

He then announced the name of the chef Alere/dolia 2022. For this occasion and as a great ambassador and world reference for our territory, there will be the presence of Quique Dacosta. Three michelin stars and the distinction of one of the 50 best restaurants in the world are some of the many awards that accompany this great chef. Llobell has highlighted the chef, his fidelity to the local product and his work to bring it to excellence through avant-garde cuisine without leaving tradition behind.


The Alere/Dolia menu for this year will have an extensive program divided into two days. On the 1st there will be the presentation of the book and an exhibition of Jake Abbot, “Ink Nits, a unique fishing art”. This presentation will be accompanied by the culinary exhibition: Sea and Mountain – edible herbs and traditional fish preservation. In charge of the gourmet Juan Salvador Gayá Sastre. Next, there will be a tasting of unique wines by the Associació Bancals de Vins and the Teulada Winery.

On the 9th, the day will start with Dolia/Kids. The youngest members of the family will be able to enjoy two workshops. The Auditori Teulada Moraira always bets in this section for the ecology and sustainability of our planet. The first of the workshops, ChiquiHaikus aims to reinforce children's innate interest in nature and develop creativity. The second workshop will be led by the Michelin star chef, María José Martínez, who will talk about the magic of pollination. Martínez, who is specialized in the world of bees, will do an exhibition and tasting, where children can participate in some of the preparations.

At the same time the wine tasting will take place, with Alma de Mujer. The Auditori Teulada Moraira wants in this edition to reinforce the figure of the woman producer, dedicated to the tasks of agriculture. The three Navy wineries currently run by women will present their creations. Thus, Bodega Teulada, "M de Alejandría" and Bodega Les Freses will be the protagonists of this tasting that will be directed by the sommelier, Natalia Piera.

The screening of the documentary will take place in the auditorium, cooking beauty, directed by Sergio Piera and hosted by the chef Quique Dacosta.

After this, Alere/Dolia will reach its high point with the tribute that the Fundación del Auditori Teulada Moraira wants to pay to Paquita Oller Vila, a fighting woman who dedicated a large part of her life to working the land. In an act of gratitude for her dedication to the world of wine, Alere/Dolia has prepared an emotional and well-deserved ceremony for the woman who was the president of the Bodega Teulada for many years. Attendees will be able to witness the presentation of the last wine that Paquita produced.

The chef will then be given Quique Dacosta where you can enjoy the art and mastery of this great top of gastronomy.

To end the evening, in the Gastronomic Territory, located in the garden area of the auditorium, you can pair gastronomy and wine from our land. All accompanied by live music from Caeli Jazz Club, and the refreshing Alere/Dolia cocktail by MésqueBarmans which will put the finishing touch to a Wine Tourism and Gastronomy Exhibition focused on the pleasures that our closest environment offers us.
