
Around fifty local producers and restaurateurs are joining the VI edition of the D*na Gastronomic Festival Dénia, to be held on September 30th and October 1st; with the aim of highlighting the important role of producers and restaurateurs in the excellence of the gastronomy of this Mediterranean region.
The Marineta Cassiana promenade will once again become a luxury setting to show the world the incredible richness and high gastronomic creativity of La Marina Alta. Thus, along the idyllic route of the event, on the shores of the Mediterranean, there will be several stages, where great guest chefs from all over the Iberian geography will offer show cooking and live workshops.
The brilliance of these culinary stars will share the limelight with the fifty or so local producers and restaurateurs who will fill the D*na route with their exhibition and sales stalls, bringing the authenticity of regional gastronomy to the public, who will be able to enjoy local products and delicious traditional tapas.

There will also be the famous "cocas dianenses", from Coquería Jordi Al Nin, La Coquería, Coquissima, Beekery or Cidoncha; Moscatel sultanas made in the traditional way by Frutos secos La Pansa; sausages from Tot Vall de Pop; Ruthey preserves; Vegadénia pâtés; Oligarium oils, and the delicious honeys from El Serralet de Segària and Meleca Miel.
Visitors will also be able to taste or buy local drinks, such as wines and spirits from Celler Les Freses, Carnot, Colección de Toneles Centenarios, Bodegas Xaló, Bodega Las Virtudes, Bodega Finca Collado and Joan De La Casa. As well as beers from Vlc Lager, coffees from Pichi's Coffee Roasters, Cafes Pepetto and Nostro Coffe Roasters or Granny's natural granny fruit.
Numerous local restaurateurs will also be joining this great gastronomic festival in Dénia, offering the public tempting proposals in the form of tapas. A unique opportunity to taste the cuisine of some of the best establishments in the region, such as Tapes La Xara, Nomada, Nyas Coca, Místico, Terra de Sabor, Gelatissim, La Latería, Fuego Marina, Basta La Marina, Racó Manduc, Mar de Sámar & Los Baños, Quinto Pino, Restaurante Doa, Helados Palacio, Casa Pepa, A la Fresca or Venta La Giralda, together with Quique Dacosta's three-starred restaurant.
Rice dishes, fundamental in local gastronomy, will also have a prominent place in the route of the next D*na, with various culinary proposals presented by well-known local restaurants such as Miguel Juan, El Tresmall, El Marino or Qmcomo.
