1.- ORGANIZING COMPANY OF THE PROMOTION Montgó Outsourcing SL, with tax address at C/ Marqués de Campo, 6, 2nd floor, office 6, Dénia CP: 03700 and with CIF B05290473, organizes this raffle for promotional purposes to develop through Facebook.
2.-START DATE AND END DATE Promotion will start on Thursday 12/15/2022 at 2:00 p.m. and will end on Sunday 01/08/2023 at 10:00 p.m.. Only the participations made within said period on FACEBOOK (Marina Alta) will be counted as effective. MarinaAlta.es reserves the right to postpone or extend the contest period in case of force majeure as well as the power to interpret the following legal terms and conditions.
3.- PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS AND PROMOTION MECHANICS The participation requirements will be the following: – People residing in Spain and over 18 years of age may participate. – Only those participants who have a true active profile on Facebook will be able to participate, rejecting fraudulent profiles as well as those of experts in contests. The personal data with which the participants act must be truthful. – Company employees and their families may not participate in the contest.

MarinaAlta.es reserves the right to make changes to the campaign during its development, if any cause occurs that prevents it from being carried out successfully or in order to improve its progress.
4.- CONDITIONS OF THE PROMOTION AND PRIZES There will be a winner who will get a smart screen as a prize alexa. It will be chosen by random draw from among all the participants who have met the required conditions, being announced the day after the end of the draw. The winner must contact MarinaAlta.es within the 14 days following the draw. The winner must provide full name, ID, telephone number and email for the collection of the prize and administrative procedures of the product guarantee. The prize will be collected within 15 days of contacting the winner at the MarinaAlta facilities (C/Teulada nº 3 5º izq Benissa, Alicante).
5.- LIMITATIONS If it is evident that any of the participants does not meet the requirements set forth in the Bases, or the data provided to participate is not valid, their participation will be considered void and they will be automatically excluded from the draw, losing all rights to the prizes awarded by virtue of this Promotion. The prize awarded will not be transferable or subject to changes, alterations or compensation at the request of the Participants, and cannot be exchanged for any other product or for money.
6.- EXEMPTION OF LIABILITY We do not assume responsibility in cases of force majeure or fortuitous events that could prevent the promotion from taking place or the total or partial enjoyment of the prize. In the event that this Promotion could not be carried out, either due to fraud detected in it, technical errors, or any other reason that is not under the control of MarinaAlta.es and that affects the normal development of the Contest, we reserve the right to cancel, modify, or suspend it, including the participation web page.
